本日リリースされた watchOS 10.1 ベータ版では、Apple Watch ユーザーは新しい NameDrop 機能を使用して、他の Apple Watch ユーザーや iPhone と連絡先情報を共有できます。
この機能を使用するには、連絡先アプリをタップし、プロフィールを選択して「共有」オプションをタップします。すると、アニメーションが表示され、Apple Watchを別のApple Watchの隣に持ってくるか、iPhoneの上部に持ってくると、連絡先情報の転送が開始されます。
NameDropはiOS 17で導入されましたが、watchOS 10の初期リリースには搭載されませんでした。Appleは、連絡先情報の交換をより簡単にするために、今回のベータ版でNameDropを追加しました。NameDropはAirDropの一部であり、使用すると連絡先ポスター、名前、電話番号を送信します。
NameDrop には、iOS 17 を実行している iPhone 2 台、watchOS 10.1 を実行している Apple Watch 2 台、または iOS 17 を実行している iPhone 1 台と watchOS 10.1 を実行している Apple Watch 1 台が必要です。
